(4x13-15) Timmy is tired of his parents not believing him about Vicky being mean and runs away by wishing for a remote that allows him to travel through TV. But when Vicky gets her hands on one of the remotes, Timmy must stop her from getting to the History channel and becoming dictator of the world, all the while avoiding a mysterious masked man following him through TV bent on capturing him.
